Three kinds of message reach this site, and they are handled differently. Read the short version below before writing, because a correction with a source attached gets fixed in a day and one without usually cannot be actioned at all.

Corrections

[email protected]

Figures in this category go stale roughly twice a year, so corrections are genuinely useful rather than an inconvenience. Include the network, the specific figure on the comparison you believe is wrong, and where the correct figure can be seen — a URL, a dashboard screenshot, a support-ticket reply. Anything that a reader could check for themselves.

What happens next: the figure is verified against the source, corrected if the source holds up, and the page's modified date is updated. Where the error changed a conclusion, the conclusion changes with it. The methodology page explains how competing sources are ranked when two of them disagree, which is the situation most corrections turn out to be.

Networks wanting to be listed or linked

[email protected]

Placement in the comparison table is not for sale and neither is position within it. What gets a network added is documentation that can be verified: current deposit minimum, payout floor and schedule, payment methods, GEO coverage, and whichever targeting or optimization features you want assessed. Volume claims are welcome but will be labelled self-reported and run through the arithmetic check described in the methodology.

Networks are welcome to supply a link for the table. The advertising disclosure page sets out exactly how links on this site are treated and what they do not buy.

Everything else

[email protected]

Questions about the format, about the methodology, or about something the comparison does not cover yet. Requests to reprint or quote the content are covered by the terms, though short attributed quotes never need permission.

The author can also be reached through the accounts listed on his page. Messages about the site itself are better sent to the addresses above, where they are read alongside the source material.

What this site cannot help with

popunder-ads.io is not affiliated with any network it writes about and has no access to anyone's account. Payment disputes, account bans, moderation decisions and unpaid balances have to go to the network's own support — writing here only adds a step. Requests for account credentials, for traffic, or for help placing popunder scripts in ways that breach a publisher network's policies are not answered.
